Hey there,

I just got back from St. Thomas the US Virgin Island.  It was a quick trip but so enjoyable.  I was there way back in 1986 and the airport has changed completely since then. The island looked the same….beautiful. In ’86 I stayed with friends of a friend who lived on the mountain that looked down on the bay where the cruise ships come in. Fun. This time we stayed at the Marriott Frenchman’s Reef resort. Fantastic pool and beach.The trip has given me inspiration for a new song. Look for it in the future on this site.  It will have a calypso sound to it thanks to my co-writer SusieCool who once lived in Jamaica. Enjoy March! Best to You, Sheila
