It was a great 2011.  I spent quality time with my godson Mikhail. My friend Susiecool and I wrote new songs that we will put in this web-site in the future.  I am a lifetime member of Weightwatchers and I always refer this great program to friends looking to get to a new low in their life when it comes to weight control.  Weightwatchers allows you to enjoy all of your favoirte foods, helps you to keep count of your calorie intake easily by calculating a point system for each individual.

This is a system that I highly recommend.
